Booking and deposits
We ask for 50% deposit to secure the booking and the remainder of the balance 4 weeks before arrival. If you are booking less than 4 weeks in advance then the full amount of your stay will be required upon booking. Please note that deposits are non-refundable. Payments are by BACS, details will be notified on receipt of website booking form.
Arrival and Departure
Check in is between 2pm and 7pm, please notify us if you are planning to arrive late. We ask that you check 11am on the day of your departure.
Bedding
Each yurt sleeps 4 with a double bed and two singles. We can supply an extra bed in the yurt at an extra cost of £20 per night for an adult and £15 per night for a child under 16 years of age (payable on departure)
Each yurt is supplied with feather duvets and pillows however we do not supply bed linen and ask that you bring your own. You can hire a set for £5 per bed for the length of your stay (payable on departure)
Smoking
We ask that you don’t smoke in the yurts or the Roost. If you do smoke please do not throw your butts around the site or in the river.
Dogs
Sorry no dogs allowed.
Responsibilities
The river Mydyr runs alongside the site and we have two wildlife ponds, so we ask that children are supervised at all times.
We cannot accept responsibility for any accidental injuries on site.
We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal possessions or vehicles during your stay. Please ensure that valuables remain locked in your yurt.
